Jania Corley, Educator and Speaker

Jania Corley is a founder of Clear Thinking Institute, bringing a rare combination of operational leadership, healthcare expertise, and strategic marketing insight to the organization’s mission of practical, structured thinking. A graduate of the University of Central Florida, Jania developed early professional depth while serving as an office manager and insurance specialist with Coast Dental in Orlando, where she gained firsthand experience in complex systems, compliance, and human-centered operations.

Following graduation, Jania was part of the founding team at Heno Software, a technology platform built for physical therapy practices, where she helped shape early growth and market positioning. She later relocated to the Phoenix, Arizona area and advanced into marketing with Spear Education, the leading education and software organization serving practicing dentists.

At Clear Thinking Institute, Jania applies her cross-disciplinary background to ensure ideas are not only meaningful, but usable—bridging clarity, structure, and execution across education, messaging, and experience design.
