Susan has been a lifelong believer in the lessons learned from Clear Thinking Institute and felt as though she found a home with the group the first time she experienced the material in 1990.
Susan has been in the corporate world and was the Manager of College Recruiting for Amdahl Corporation in Sunnyvale, California. Susan expanded her knowledge or recruiting and working with people on a national and international platform as a recruiter for Performance Learning Systems in Nevada City, California.
One of Susan’s best contributions to any community was that of Grass Valley, California and Nevada City, California. As the owner of Murphy’s Inn, the largest Bed and Breakfast Inn in Grass Valley at the time, Sue developed marketing techniques and tip that she shared with other merchants and bed and breakfast owners. Although Grass Valley and Nevada City was already a weekend destination for many people, Susan developed a set of tools that had people returning on a regular basis. With her direct contribution, in using the tools developed with the Command Academy (now Clear Thinking Institute), tourism blossomed and Murphy’s Inn averaged 80% occupancy, even during the middle of the week.
Susan was voted on to the Board of Directors for the Grass Valley, Nevada County Chamber of Commerce and was placed in charge of tourism. Her platform was simple; it had nothing to do with degrees, or platitudes, but was built around Preparation, Contribution and the Love Emotion that has always been a big part of her life.
Susan sold Murphy’s Inn in 1995 and moved to Bend, Oregon where she continued her quest for knowledge and understanding. During her stay in Bend, Susan became trained in Reiki and went through the program of a Reiki Master, but does not consider herself one. Utilizing the understanding of our energy sources in the body, the chakras, and how to manage energy, coupled with the understanding of the Life Formula and the Command Series, she was able to assist many people in how they see the world and can make a contribution to the world.
Susan then moved to San Diego in 1997 and has remained there ever since. During her time in San Diego, Sue was the Resort Coordinator for Chicago Title in the Resort Development Division. This position gave her the opportunity to travel throughout North America and Susan worked with some very incredible people within these resorts.
Susan is a certified life coach, with the Fowler Wainwright International Institute of Professional Coachings, Susan believes in constant contribution to your life and community, 2010 is a great time to look forward and Susan is prepared to take the steps necessary to build this company.
