Recapturing Your Authority

Taking command of your life and your profession
by recaputuring your authority.  This session also
brings a new awareness to the process of forgiveness.

Recapturing Your Authority

Recapturing Your Authority is an invitation to move from control to command. Control relies on force, resistance, and fear of loss. Command arises from clarity, presence, and earned confidence. Proper authority is never taken; it is recognized, first by oneself, then by others.

To exercise authority is to act decisively without hostility and to lead without coercion. It is the quiet certainty that replaces noise, the calm that dissolves chaos. Authority expressed this way creates alignment—internally and externally—because it is rooted in responsibility, not dominance

Authority is recaptured through experience, not theory. Life refines us through decision, consequence, and reflection. When experience is owned rather than resisted, it becomes wisdom. That wisdom steadies posture, sharpens judgment, and restores rightful command over one’s choices, emotions, and direction.

Finally, forgiveness is the most underestimated power of authority. It releases the past’s claim on the present. Forgiveness is not weakness; it is command over memory, emotion, and meaning. In forgiving, one reclaims energy, restores clarity, and steps fully back into authorship of life

This work is not about becoming more controlling. It is about becoming unmistakably in command.
